Do you have a learning community in your LMS (Learning Management System)?

Do you have a learning community located in your LMS? If yes, how did you build it and what roles and responsabilities did you define? We have a community platform outside of LMS, but I think keeping one focused on learning in the LMS would drive a much better experience for learners. What do you think? Our LMS provider is Docebo.

If I remember this right, then SAP even won the TSIA Award for their learner community some years ago, and I think there is also a paper somewhere around. I'm not sure, how they implemented it. I assume @Maria Manning-Chapman has lots of details around this.
