Is business sentiment changing?
Despite the flare ups and second wave concerns in many places I am sensing a general improvement in business sentiment. In our case we are seeing deals that had been stalled for months begin to move and we actually had record sales over the past two weeks! As a result we have begun to hire again and to step up other investments. We have seen the same thing with a number of our customers and business partners.
What are you seeing? Is there a basic change in business sentiment? Is this a short-term blip or have companies now adjusted to the new conditions and are prepared to move forward?

In healthcare most of the customers (hospitals and providers) are still recovering from the significant reductions they experienced. While we do see capital equipment sales starting to get back on track, operational spending is still heavily scrutinized and many customers have come looking for reductions in their spend
