Learning Subscription Renewals
Does anyone have any consumption benchmarks they can share regarding likelihood to renew a learning subscription? For example, are you seeing that users who utilize the learning subscription content X hours per month are more likely to renew at the end of their subscription term? We are starting to track and predict these behaviors internally but would be helpful to understand what others are seeing across the industry.

I wonder if there are outcome metrics you could track as well. For example, acquisition of new skills, growth in expertise. It would be even better to find a way to the business impact of the new skills and expertise.0
