Yesterday we published a blog with the results from our very first survey on DEI, as part of our Rapid Research Response (R3) polls. Here's a link: https://www.tsia.com/blog/evolving-from-a-do-no-harm-company-to-an-anti-racist-company

This was our first research foray into this topic, and while we started at a very high level, I think the results not only can help guide some conversations within your companies, but also allow us to drill deeper into some areas with future polls.

The next DEI R3 Poll will be launching in mid-November, and will focus on diversity in the hiring process.

Would love to hear what you think of the results, and hear any suggestions on future research on DEI.

And, since this is the TSIA Exchange, would love to hear any examples of how your company is evolving from "Do No Harm" to "Anti-Racist."

Thanks!
