I think increasingly the answer is a definite Yes. The charter of Customer Success is expanding in tech companies as they get religion around delivering seamless customer-first experiences & outcomes across the customer lifecycle. What do you think?

    I think so! I've seen other forums and webinars about the growth of the CCO (Chief Customer Officer) role, and many people that are assuming this chair come from Customer Success.
