Have you integrated Agents calendars across multiple tools?
I'm part of a global support organization and would be very interested to know how you may have looked at synchronizing or integrating calendars from multiple tools?
We have a CRM system where our support agents live. This has a calendar element for agent schedules for example. We also have a corporate Email/calendar tool and ideally we would like our agents to have the ability to see all of their calendar entries on one tool.
If you have faced or overcome this challenge, I would be very interested in how you may have achieved that.
