We are looking to implementation a full-service PSA platform to bring efficiencies to customer onboarding, project management, resource management, and real time data and analytics. Any recommendations?

    There are a lot of PSA tools out there, but first thing to look at is connection to your Sales System / CRM System / Finance System in order to make the best use of the 'automation' element.

    I'm using Kantata, but it's not integrated with anything which makes it cumbersome and very manual.

    For the OP,

    Did you make your selection yet? Curious what you considered. Kantata (depending on which version) has a cluttered UI, which could inhibit adoption.
