    Hi @Suresh Kandeeban. I believe in co-creation and agile methods shared with pre and post-sales teams. This way, we can get real-world feedback from delivery experience and don't overpromise on the sale. On the other hand, we get delivery commitment to the new upcoming ideas.

    In my previous experience, we created a process that combined co-creation and executive gates to check and filter if we were to move forward or abandon the new product development.
