Dear TSIA Members,

We are looking for more diverse and inclusive ways to office short knowledgebase recordings instead of articles for to help customers who consume information better this way.

Has anyone tried that and what is your favorite tool for making and the recordings? How do you make them easily searchable?

    Hi @Stela Koleva , I used Microsoft Steam, which is good when you have Teams as your primary collaboration solution.
