Is anyone performing process mining to get insights?

Hi Community,

I am looking at ways we can mine our processes to see which processes are working as expected and which processes aren't.

We are in the process of developing all of our processes in Signavio. I see they have a Process Intelligence capability which I am looking into. https://www.signavio.com/products/process-intelligence/

Does anyone in this community do process mining today? If yes what tools or approaches are you using?

    In the past I have used Signavio a bit although I didn't find it so easy to use. I highly recommend Celonis for mature process organizations:

    I'm not doing process mining right now since processes are right now at a different stage.

    We are also using Celonis in combination with Aris. Great results.
