Hi Jesse, We started to meet on this topic on a bi-weekly basis. We're exploring how this will look not only for our customers coming in but also trainers leading in the classroom. There are so many fine details. I am interested to see what others are doing as well.

Like others, the big push to customers has shifted to online training options like our virtual classrooms and eCourses. We also created a resource section on our website that hosts free videos and recommended online courses categorized by top personas.
