Hi - In HPE we have seperate credits for Education and Services. In order for a customer to use a credit for one group with another takes financial and operational agreements / processes.

@Tom Martin HPE uses an internally developed product called MyRoom for the delivery of customer and employee VILT classes. It was specifically designed for remote classrooms, so it is very instructor, student and registration friendly. You can gain more details at https://www.myroom.hpe.com/

Hi Scott - Thanks for the reply. We have looked at both fixed based upon historical and consumption based upon actual usage. Our current thinking is a combined model with the fixed set based upon historical use or revenue targets plus a portion being actual usage. Thanks, Bill

I cover the globe and agree that the dates for being able to offer onsite classes will vary. In the meantime we are offering 100% of our classes via VILT. As we know some customers are waiting to take onsite classes we are preparing to deliver them in a "Hybrid" fashion. We will have the instructor at an onsite location…

We have offered a number of our traditional onsite, hands on "break fix / installation" classes via Virtual Remote Guidance. The instructor or an assistant wears VRG glasses and performs the hands on requirements while students watch in real time. We can tape the session and allow students to watch at their own pace.
