Are you using Mobile Analytics for your Services Business?

By "Mobile Analytics", I'm talking about looking at dashboards or reports or apps on your phone vs booting up a laptop or desktop. Are you doing this? Is it happening outside your field service organization? How about at an executive level? Have you found that you've had to do a lot of rework of your standard reports/dashboards/apps to handle the form-factor of the phone?

We have a product that supports tracking mobile app usage and enabling feedback and engagements in a mobile app. We use this to track usage on our own Gainsight mobile app. Our "field users" are typically execs and CSMs vs field services but I think your question is mostly around the use of mobile analytics and reporting. This data is used by Product Management and our CSM team for driving adoption. Did I answer your question?
